NGA Care completes confidential sale of two complex care homes to US REIT
NGA Care has advised on the off market sale of two purpose built West Midlands nursing homes to a US based REIT.
The transaction includes Boldmere Court in Sutton Coldfield, a 68 bed all en suite complex care service, and The Village Nursing Home in Brierley Hill, a 90 bed all en suite facility specialising in complex dementia and high acuity nursing care.
Both homes are modern, purpose built assets with strong trading performance and established reputations for delivering complex care.
The sale enables the long standing owner to retire from the sector.
